Shipping

At the moment we only ship to Norway, but are launching international shipping soon.

Essei offer a flat rate shipping of NOK 99 for nearest delivery point. Heavy items due to size and/ or weight will be sendt til Home delivery, and charged a flat rate of NOK 300 .

Delivery point

Delivery takes place to the nearest delivery point or home to your address. Estimated delivery time can be found on the order confirmation you receive by email. Normal delivery time is 2-5 working days with Postnord if the item is in stock at the time of ordering. Should there be significant changes in your delivery in special cases, we will contact you. Essei Design bears the risk of damage and / or lost products during transport until you have received the goods.

Postal parcels are delivered to your nearest delivery point. You will receive an SMS or e-mail when the package is ready for collection. Uncollected packages are charged a fee of 250, - in addition to shipping costs.

Home delivery

Essei offers the option of home delivery. In addition, some items must be delivered to your home due to size and / or weight. This is stated at check-out and payment of the goods.

Home delivery takes place to the front door. If you live in an apartment block / apartment building, the goods are delivered to the first door, to the yard or stairwell. When the order has been sent from our warehouse, you will receive information from the supplier for a more detailed agreement on delivery time.

Damages

Please inspect the goods upon delivery. If any boxes seem damaged during transport, please do not accept the delivery. If any damages has occurred, please take a picture of the damage, the box/packaging and the broken item and contact hello@esseidesign.com.
