Receipe: Classic daiquiri
It all begins with a Friday night, a pair of Apollo Cocktail glasses and the wish for giving the evening a touch of magic. One of worlds most classic drinks makes a vitalizing addition to fun days ahead.
Ingredients:
50ml white rum
25ml lime juice
10ml sugar syrup
ice
Egg white
Method:
Shake all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Add a little egg white before you put in ice for the Shake without ice to integrate the egg white, then add ice and shake again to chill properly. and strain into an Apollo cocktail glass.
Serves one
